Washing systems

In our fully automated washing systems, complete handling, washing, drying, and cooling of goods is carried out.

The systems are equipped with the necessary washing and treatment stages, drying equipment, and cooling systems required to meet cleanliness, temperature, and capacity demands.

The machines come with fully automated transport systems to move the goods from pick-up to drop-off position. The systems can advantageously be equipped with a patented liquid purification system, where used washing liquid is purified internally within the unit.

Switching from used washing liquid to fresh, preheated, and chemically dosed liquid takes a maximum of 20 minutes from stop to production start. During operation, the working washing liquid is continuously purified through magnetic conveyors, return liquid purification systems with automatic filters, oil separators, and wash filters, significantly extending the service life of the washing liquid.
