Tunnel washers and packaging washers

Our tunnel washers, for degreasing, washing, rinsing, drying, paint removal, phosphating, and more, are available in various configurations and can be delivered as single-stage or multi-stage systems.

The washers are available as standard models and/or custom-built solutions, entirely based on the customer’s needs—whether it’s the size of the washing system, the number of washing, rinsing, blow-off, or drying stages—all depending on cleanliness requirements, capacity, and the size of the goods.

The washing systems can be equipped with different types of transport systems tailored to the customer’s or product’s specific needs.

Transport systems can, for example, include chain conveyors, mesh conveyors, step feeders, conveyor belts, or any required solution.

Optional features for our machines:
All of our washing systems can be advantageously equipped with liquid purification systems such as oil separators, evaporators, return liquid systems, and air purification units for the evacuated air from the machine.
We also offer equipment for chemical dosing and cleaning of washing liquids from bacteria (e.g., Legionella). This contributes to significantly extended service life of the washing liquids and allows the cooled, filtered exhaust air from the machine to be returned to the surrounding production facility.
