Dip washers

Our dip washers operate using the agitation method. A loading platform or equivalent performs an up-and-down motion.
The goods are moved in a corresponding motion, and the liquid works on all surfaces, cavities, and any channels of the goods.
The uncomplicated and safe design ensures good operational reliability and a long lifespan for the machine. When combined with ultrasound, this type of washing system can remove oils, fats, and particles, achieving a high level of cleanliness.
The systems can be equipped with oil separators and a circulation pump connected to a filter unit for continuous cleaning of the washing liquid and optimization of the washing results.
