Small parts washing with rotating table for small and medium-sized parts and short cycle time
Roundjet is a rotating table (transfer type) that enables washing of small mechanical parts in a very short time.
The loading platform is divided into 6 areas: loading, extraction, washing, pause, blowing and hot drying.
Via the loading station (the only one that is “open”), the table’s step-by-step rotation allows the parts to go through all treatment phases until the parts return to the starting position for loading.
It is possible to use the same machine to wash similar parts thanks to the interchangeability of the positioning supports.
A PLC control enables countless customization possibilities thanks to a wide range of accessories.
It is particularly ideal for operations in robotized lines (positioning precision with +/- 0.5 mm). It can also, on request, be realized for use by operators with manual loading and unloading.
