Carousel Washers

Our carousel washers, with loading and unloading at the same station, are designed for degreasing, washing, rinsing, drying, paint removal, and phosphating, among other processes. They are available in various configurations and can be delivered as single-stage or multi-stage systems.

The washers are customized according to our customers’ needs, including the size of the washing system, the number of washing stages, rinsing stages, blow-off stages, and drying stages. All of this is based on cleanliness requirements, capacity, and the size of the goods. Loading and unloading of the washing systems are also adapted to the customer’s requirements and needs—handling can be done manually, by robot, or using a gantry system.
