Basket Washers

Our basket washing systems are typically front-loaded systems designed to accommodate various sizes of goods baskets.

The systems can be equipped with automatic basket handling systems, basket rotation or tilting, general spraying, flow-jet washing, ultrasonic cleaning, drying units, cooling units, and more.

The systems can be built as single- or multi-stage setups, or with multiple process stages within the same treatment chamber. Our systems are equipped with an automatic lid protection function, which prevents items from falling out of the basket if the lid is missing.

During the first spray cycle, items are washed while rotating or tilting, removing loose contaminants and oils. In flow-jet washing, the chamber is filled with washing liquid, and items are sprayed under the liquid surface at 8–20 bar pressure. Simultaneously, the liquid is continuously skimmed and returned to the storage tank, optimizing the removal of oils, greases, dirt, and other particles from the items.

By equipping the system with ultrasound, additional washing stages, and vacuum drying, extremely high cleanliness requirements can be achieved.
